If you delete the game from the device you're playing on, your account will also be deleted. Please be careful not to delete the game.
All account data is automatically backed up every ten minutes of game play.
If you reinstalled the app on a previously played device, your account will disappear and you'll need to start over.
However, if you are using the same device, you can use automatically backed up data to restore previous account to the point of backup.
This feature is available from the title screen. However, to prevent abusing, restoring automatic backup data is available only once every 30 days.
If you have already used the Auto Backup feature and have deleted your account again, please press 'contact us' for assistance.
If you have data stored on the same device, we may restore your account after review.
If you want to change the device you are using, or if you want to securely store your current account information, use the cloud save feature.
Install the game on another device or the same device, and press the Load cloud data button on the title screen to load the account data stored in the Google account.
Please note that once you import cloud data, to prevent abusing, it cannot be reloaded again.
